The agreement was signed by Rasheda Sultana, Head of Financial Services, Grameenphone and Jayanta Kumar Sikder, Joint Secretary & Company Secretary, DPDC.
Dr. Ahmad Kaikaus, Secretary, Power Division and Engineer Bikash Dewan, Managing Director, DPDC were present as Chief Guests. Mahmud Hossain, Chief Corporate Affairs Officer, Grameenphone was the Special Guest at the signing ceremony.
This service will ensure smooth operations to customers maintaining 24/7 vending service from customers’ electronic wallet. In addition, GP selected retail outlets will serve as DPDC distribution points for providing vending solutions to the customers.
Grameenphone will ensure that customers are aware of service charges and GP POS/agent presence in different locations for smooth service delivery considering maximum customer convenience. DPDC customers will be able to visit Grameenphone authorized agent points with pre-paid meter smart card and recharge their smart card.
