BDNOG conference begins on Nov 18

Bangladesh Network Operators group – BDNOG, as a part of its continuous effort, is going to start its 7th Conference from 18th November in a renowned hotel in Dhaka. BDNOG 7 will take place upto 22nd November. Registration is going on and very soon it will be closed.

BDNOG always try to bring experts in a same platform and train local engineers by sharing the knowledge, experience and opinion of these experts.

BDNOG 7 is going arrange workshop in two different tracks. Only Conference will take place on 18th November and workshop will continue from 19th to 22nd November in two different tracks, MPLS and Linux SysAdmin & DNSSEC.

Among the valuable guests, APNIC Director General Paul Wilson, BDOSN General Secretary Munir Hasan, IBPC coordinator and Joint Secretary of Ministry of Commerce Md. Fakir Firoz Ahmed will be there at the conference. In this conference, 11 conference papers will be presented. These papers will be presented by talented engineers from local and foreign companies.

BDNOG President, Rashed Amin says, BDNOG is and will continue as a non-profit organization. But it is very expensive to arrange two conferences each year. Local IT companies have shown their spontaneous and continuous support by sponsoring these events and as a result BDNOG has came this far. We need to see more new sponsors in coming days to keep BDNOG moving forward.

BDNOG Board of Trusties Chairman, Sumon Ahmed Sabir says, we are very excited with BDNOG 7 because we have got two prestigious personalities as our key note speakers from Bangladesh and outside Bangladesh. This kind of excitement will inspire us more to take BDNOG far ahead and train our local engineers with a more standard and practical approach.

In BDNOG 7 workshops, 9 renowned trainers from Bangladesh and outside Bangladesh will train the participants in two different tracks.
